Johhny Can Hear

Being a mother for the last 6 years I knew this day was coming, Johnny has always been fighting with ear infections and it seem like no matter what I did we couldn't get on top of them. We tried everything and spent every month on a new round of antibiotics, shots, or drops and it just kept getting worse; finally our Pediatrician said that it was causing permanent damage and we needed to see a specialist. Surgery was set just days after our visit to the Doctor and relief was insight. Johnny did wonderful and charmed his way into the hearts of the nurses and Mom was even allowed to sit in the surgery room with the Dr. while he was put under. Johnny's hearing was only at 40% before and 100% after, it's amazing the difference and we are so happy all went well.

    I had to take a double look at your first picture. Wearing a flesh-colored shirt made me think you were showing a little too much in order to get back to the operating room. :)

    I haven't even met your little Johnny but such GREAT NEWS!!
    We drove thru SnowFlake last week end and are headed that way again...4th of July weekend...6am 10K in Taylor, parade, rodeo, and that mountain sky (we'll be babysitting while the kids see the fireworks in Heber) I LOVE THE SMALL TOWN FESTIVITIES!
