A Snowflake send off, Goodbye Girls

Now I wouldn't have the greatest set of girlfriends if they did not prepare me for Snowflake before I left, and that's just what they did. The care package they put together included the wonderful "Bump-it's" that Jenny and Cyndi were so gracefully wearing in their hair that morning. We also had blue eyeshadow, flannel shirts, Snowflake Lobo wife beaters (because every man is hot stuff in a wife beater and it's also the mascot), the national enquirer for good readin', a "How to garden" direction book-because what's the point on keeping your nails manicured, and of course the wonderful Snuggie-hot pink and I actually wear.
They insisted on me wearing the blue eyeshadow that morning and Tammi I just loved the book on how to grow fresh tomatoes in my backyard as if Mark didn't work for one of the biggest producers of tomatoes and we get 4 pounds of them for free a week.

On the sad side of things, this breakfast really broke my heart because I was in such a happy time of my life with these wonderful women who brought nothing but joy to my face everyday. The thought of not having these women just a hop, skip, and jump away crushed me inside. Their is a great memory and an even bigger smile when I think about moments I have had with these women as an individual and as a group. I will miss them but am ever so glad that I had them even for a small time in my life.
