My husband turned a 5 day business trip in Utah to 10 LONG days including Labor day weekend.When his flight came in Thursday night and I could finally talk to him (somehow his phone broke?) I simply said 2 words "Girl's Trip" Less then 12 hours after those words left my lips I was on the road headed towards California.
Now with out breaking the Mother's code of don't ask, can't tell. I will just give a few side notes.
Picture #2 & 3 Mrs. Kelly - enjoying two simple pleasures of life, like chocolate cake from our British friends or getting Lawrence Welk to give her a great welcoming to his resort.
Picture # 3 This was simply to annoy our Princess Kelly because we all know Kelly is the queen of fashion, and would die if her friends followed her to dinner in these outfits. (you knew we would) Thanks to Cindy for the great buys at the outlet malls. I think we got our money's worth ($2.50)
The Highlight was enjoying great books, card games, magazines, and music at the "Adults only pool" and not having to stop a million times to take children to the bathroom, stop the outbursts of fighting, and to simple close your eyes and stretch out in the sun when you hear a child crying.
Let's give a shout out to all of the Outlet Malls in California because we didn't miss a single store. As Mark put it, "did the map that you use, only have outlets as guide points?" and the answer is "duh, of course" I only know my way around a state by the malls.
